Coyote’s Kitchen is the vision of two people brought together by heritage, love, and a deep respect for flavor.

One of us carries the traditions of our Navajo roots, while the other was raised in the vibrant blend of Mexican culture and cuisine in California. Together, we’ve created a space where ancestral recipes meet modern creativity — a kitchen where stories are shared and cultures collide in the best way.

Our food honors Native ingredients and Southwestern staples, reimagined with a fresh, bold twist. From frybread tacos to desert-inspired drinks, everything we serve is made with intention, using seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible.
